Michelle Courtney Berry, Principal/CEO is an internationally certified critical incident stress de-briefer, and group conflict negotiator, trainer and coach whose primary aim is to help clients take the steps necessary to manage critical incident stress and to heal from the impact of living out of balance and harmony. In so doing, they will lead healthier, less-stressed lives.

Our company’s primary objective is to help clients navigate the difficult terrain of seemingly insurmountable and/or unmanageable stress, or critical incident stress in their daily lives.
