Ice Cream Works!

Ice Cream Works is a family-owned ice cream shop and truck located in Owego, N.Y. Not only do we have traditional favorites and carry popular flavors, we also make our own hard ice cream. Our homemade flavors tend to be a fun mix of comfort desserts made into a ice cream version such as Banana Nut Bread, German Chocolate Cake or Grandma’s Peanut Butter Cookies. We also have boozy options on occasion like RumChata or Mudslide. Our signature flavor is NY Potholes-a chocolate ice cream with a hint of coffee brandy, chocolate chips, cookie crunch “dirt” and a white chocolate stripe. Our ice cream is at least 14% butterfat for a creamy product. We use seasonal and locally sourced ingredients when available. We even keep our own bees for the honey on our sundaes. We also create custom cakes and homemade ice cream sandwiches.
